Our MSc in Counselling at Bangor University aims to prepare you to take an active role as a member of the professional counselling/psychotherapy community. This course explores a range of psychological approaches and therapeutic methods to provide holistic training in adult counselling. You will learn about the Humanistic approach and Person-Centred therapy, Psychodynamic approach and Psychoanalytic therapy, Behavioural approach and Behaviour therapy, and Cognitive approach and Cognitive therapy.

Academic Reqirements
Academic Reqirements Academic Requirement Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2:2 equivalent Students with a study gap of 2 years or more will be required to provide two letters of recommendation (i.e. One Academic Reference and one employer reference) English Requirement 70% in English for all Central and State Boards (except Punjab State Board) and a Medium of Instruction Letter (MOI) from within 2 years of graduation. For students from Punjab, IELTS is mandatory. If study gap is 2 years or more, IELTS and two letters of recommendation will be required (One Academic and One Employer)
