The BSc (Hons) Building Surveying Degree Apprenticeship is an ideal qualification for those who are employed in the industry and are motivated by seeing their hard work rewarded and their expertise recognised within a vibrant and challenging construction sector.


This course:

Allows those who are employed or are about to become employed within the construction sector to extend their knowledge and reinforce their understanding of how existing buildings are recorded, assessed and often refurbished as a tangible financial asset.
Sets you up for a career in building surveying which is part of one of the largest employment sectors in the United Kingdom.
Covers the consideration of recently constructed development projects as well as the management of heritage and refurbishment projects which are often sensitive in nature because of historical or architectural significance, or the traditional quality of the existing fabric.
