- Study theoretical elements that will teach you professional leadership, research skills and evidence-based knowledge as a registered nurse in order to deliver safe, compassionate care, with a focus on undertaking assessments, clinical decision making, delivery of person-centred care, all with the evaluation of nursing practice.
