You will develop your scientific and technical knowledge and skills, allowing you to help tackle the challenge of producing food sustainably for a growing global population. Focusing on the chemistry, biochemistry and physics that underpin food manufacturing, you will also study nutrition and the physiology of the human diet. Your learning will incorporate food production methods, product development and food regulation.
