This Master in Biology is an extended undergraduate programme which allows students to graduate either with BSc (Hons) at the end of the third year or with a Masters degree at the end of the fourth year. If at the end of Year 2 a sufficient standard is achieved, then progression onto the Masters year will be permitted following completion of Year 3. The fourth year offers a unique opportunity to conduct an extended research project either in the laboratory or in the field, and to further develop or expand upon the skills and interests already developed.

| Academic Reqirements | Academic Requirement Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2:2 equivalent Students with a study gap of 2 years or more will be required to provide two letters of recommendation (i.e. One Academic Reference and one employer reference) English Requirement 70% in English for all Central and State Boards (except Punjab State Board) and a Medium of Instruction Letter (MOI) from within 2 years of graduation. For students from Punjab, IELTS is mandatory. If study gap is 2 years or more, IELTS and two letters of recommendation will be required (One Academic and One Employer) |
